My approach toward therapy is relational and integrated-inspired by Psychodynamic, IFS, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Narrative, Humanistic, and Attachment Perspectives.
Together we can address traumas, behaviors, and relationships that have triggered negative self-beliefs and interfered with the ability to meet potential.
We can create deeper awareness around the factors that result in unwanted patterns and feelings, so you are able to take the actions needed.
